170 Systems offers a comprehensive benefits plan. We are committed to maintaining a competitive portfolio of benefits that have the flexibility you need with comprehensive benefits including health, insurance, and retirement, along with work life programs.

Medical Insurance
170 Systems offers a comprehensive health insurance plan through BlueCross BlueShield to all full-time employees. We offer two levels of coverage and generously contribute to the cost of this benefit for employees and their dependents. Eligibility begins on first day of employment. Any premium contributions assumed by the employee are paid pre-tax. Domestic Partner coverage is available.

Matching 401(k) Savings Plan
170 Systems has established the 170 Systems, Inc. 401(k) Savings Plan with the objectives of providing for employee security upon retirement and encouraging employees to save on a regular basis. 170 Systems makes a matching contribution to the 401(k) Plan. We contribute $1.00 for every $1.00 an employee defers to the Plan up to 3% of the employee's eligible compensation to a maximum of $3,600 per year.

Stock Options
170 Systems is a pre-IPO, privately held company and we believe in sharing in the success of the company with those who help create that success. As part of your overall compensation package, you will be granted a generous stock option package.

Vacation
Employees start earning 17 days of vacation from the moment they join 170 Systems. Following three consecutive years of employment this increases to 22 days.

Holidays
170 Systems observes ten holidays per calendar year.

Dental and Vision Insurance
170 Systems offers excellent dental and vision benefits through Delta Dental and VSP. These benefits are available to all full-time employees effective on your first day of employment. 170 Systems will contribute 100% of the cost of this benefit for employees and their dependents. Domestic Partner coverage is available.

Life and other Insurance
In addition to health benefits, 170 Systems provides employees with Basic Life, AD& D, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability insurance; the company picks up the full cost of these benefits.

Flexible Spending Accounts
170 Systems offers a flexible spending account plan. This plan will allow you to make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction into medical and dependent flexible spending accounts.

Educational Assistance Program
The company encourages continuing education by providing tuition reimbursement for accredited education programs approved in advance by 170 Systems. Courses must be work-related or part of an approved degree program.

Employee Referral Program
All regular full-time and part-time employees of 170 Systems will receive $5,000 if they refer an employee who is hired by 170 Systems into an experienced and exempt level position. Employees will receive $1,000 if they refer an employee who is hired into an entry level and/or non-exempt level position.

Wellness Plan
170 Systems provides $25 per month toward membership in a health club. Our medical plan provides an additional $150 per year toward membership in a health club.

Employee Assistance Plan
170 Systems employees and their eligible dependents (including domestic partners) are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) effective on their date of hire. This plan provides access to a confidential resource for evaluation, counseling, information, and referrals to help solve work and personal issues.
