Chief Financial Officer

Paul leads the development of 170 Systems' operations infrastructure to support continued growth. He oversees accounting, financial reporting, contracting, licensing, facilities, and investor relations. Earlier, he was CFO of DataSage, Inc., a developer of real-time personalization and marketing analysis software, where he helped to drive the merger with Vignette Corporation.

In addition to DataSage, Paul was CFO of Terascape Software, a maker of client-server tools acquired by EMC, CFO of Granitar, Inc., a professional services firm focused on content management integration, and he started his career in the Boston office of Ernst and Young.

Paul holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Boston University and a MS in Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University. He is a CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Society and American Institute of Certified Accountants.
