Bernhard Fischer (bernhard.fischer@sap.com) is responsible for SAP's solution strategy for shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO). Bernhard was previously responsible for solution strategy, solution delivery, and customer support at SAP's B2B subsidiary SAPMarkets. Bernhard has been with SAP since 1990, where he's executed a variety of responsibilities: developing software for the SAP R/3 system administration toolset, implementing SAP R/3® installations in Europe and North America, and founding regional support centers in Walldorf, Singapore, and Shanghai. Before joining SAP, Bernhard worked at Siemens-Nixdorf. He holds a master's degree in physics from the Technical University of Karlsruhe.

Allen leads the development and implementation of 170 Systems' marketing strategy. He brings over 20 years of marketing, sales, and management experience with large and emerging high tech companies. Earlier, he was Vice President of Marketing for NMS Communications, a developer of systems and components for the telecommunications industry. Previously, Allen served as Vice President of Marketing for Lotus Development Corporation, where he was responsible for Applications and International Marketing and as Vice President of European Operations for Atex, a developer of prepress automation solutions. Allen holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Yale University.
