Bedford, MA., May 19, 2008 - 170 Systems, a worldwide leader in automating finance processes, today announced the promotion of François Chiche to European Director with expanded responsibilities for all 170 Systems sales and business development operations in continental Europe and the U.K. It also announced that Ian McGregor has joined the company as Business Development and Sales Manager in the U.K.

Prior to joining 170 Systems, Chiche was with Adobe Systems as Southern Europe Director of Solution Sales and, previously, as Country Manager. Formerly, Chiche worked for IBM France as Director, Data Management West Region (France and Benelux), which he joined when Informix Software France was acquired. He also worked for Ardent Software as Director of Worldwide Business Development prior to their acquisition by Informix. He holds an MBA from l'École Des Cadres du Commerce et des Affaires Économiques de Paris.
