170 MarkView for SAP automates financial processes while fully leveraging the investment users have already made in SAP ERP. Designed specifically for SAP ERP Financials, 170 MarkView:

• Preserves SAP as the single source of the truth by working directly with SAP data in real time and not duplicating any SAP functionality. With 170 MarkView's real-time integration, only live SAP data is used throughout the AP process. There is no indexing or replication of SAP data.
• Enters invoices into SAP as soon as they arrive rather than waiting for approval. After invoice capture, 170 MarkView's best practice workflow ensures every invoice is immediately entered into SAP. Invoice data is placed into SAP FI for non-PO invoices and SAP MM for PO based invoices, in each case creating an SAP document. A MarkView block is placed on the invoice and the invoice is parked in SAP. This gives Finance managers the earliest possible visibility into invoice processing.
• Validates invoice data entered by users against live SAP data (e.g. the vendor master) in real time ensuring that only complete, valid data is entered into SAP.
