Our Learning Services Consultants participate throughout the project lifecycle to define the appropriate functional and technical curricula. Utilizing a blend of learning methods, as well as standard and tailored training elements, we will help to thoroughly prepare your staff for the impending business process and organizational changes.
Functional Curriculum
Learning Services uses a multifaceted training approach including a blend of self-paced training, facilitated web events, and hands-on practice sessions. We provide a detailed and thorough transfer of knowledge to a selected group of your "power users" in each of the 170 MarkView roles that are applicable to your solution (e.g. Accounts Payable Processor, Scan Operator). These power users can then train the remaining users in your corporation by leveraging the training documentation and tools provided by 170 Systems, including user guides, quick references, web-based training, and exercise guides.
