Updates and Improvements to Support Web

At 170 Support, we are continually making updates and improvements to our support tools and processes - many of which are based on direct feedback from you, our valuable customers.

In recent months, we've made the following enhancements to Support Web:

  • Provide the ability to subscribe to Answer Notifications by category
  • Created specific categories and sub-categories to make it easier to find product documentation, product patches, diagnostics tools and best practices
  • Enhanced our Client Information Tracking System
  • Added a "Production Down" check box to better capture and prioritize issues that are causing a MarkView Production Down situation
  • Enhanced searching mechanism in the Answers section - including indexing of each Product Documentation Guide for better search results
  • And much more…
